Healthy diet...



Knowledge about what you eat and to know about nutrition, will lead you to the right choices when dining out or selecting your meal.



Well, this is the diet plan which I think as alternative approaches...eating the right foods, such as fruits and vegetables... why?? because they contain high bulk but they have less calories and good vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fibers.




I love to prepare food because it is an art... to see colors and shapes in your plate is a satisfaction....and of course this healthy diet gives us energy for our daily tasks. It keeps our digestive tract healthy.



So.... this is 'nightmare' to my sis... whom has no choice but makan apa yg saya sediakan.....kekekeke.....and in all.....Viners... inspires my cuisine delight..most of the time..
