This is my Puan Sri.... she needs to be treated with kindness, full of affectionate and gentle. But, sometimes Puan Sri really pull me into pieces..... kalau tak ikut cakap dia...... she will show faces.... and just as with humans, the occasional one can be insane!! hmmmmm I wonder if Puan Sri is a human... may be she could be like our 'ahkak pink' kekekeke... opppssss

My weekend..

I spent all week thinking about what to do and figuring out what should I do on the weekend.

The weather was a bit gloomy last weekend... and after the house cleaning... I decided to......

Healthy diet...

Knowledge about what you eat and to know about nutrition, will lead you to the right choices when dining out or selecting your meal.



Well, this is the diet plan which I think as alternative approaches...eating the right foods, such as fruits and vegetables... why?? because they contain high bulk but they have less calories and good vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fibers.




I love to prepare food because it is an art... to see colors and shapes in your plate is a satisfaction....and of course this healthy diet gives us energy for our daily tasks. It keeps our digestive tract healthy.



So.... this is 'nightmare' to my sis... whom has no choice but makan apa yg saya sediakan.....kekekeke.....and in all.....Viners... inspires my cuisine delight..most of the time..

I think, somewhere in 2010, I had the opportunity to share some thoughts on clay therapy at one of the university in Malaysia... alhamdulillah, the program went so well and hope they all benefited the course..

Dependency ratio is......

The DR measures the fraction of dependents in a population.

Dependents: refer to people who are not in the workforce, such as those who are
either too young or too old to work.

Ratio: is always expressed as a percentage and is calculated by dividing the
number of people under age 15 and above age 64 by the number of people
between the ages of 15 and 64, then multiplying by 100.

The DR becomes a source of economic concern in countries with an old age DR, where there are a large number of dependents, particularly above age 64. This poses problems for providing social security and pension for those who have reached retirement age.

When DR increases, there can often be increased costs to the productive part of the population. Particularly for the upbringing of the youth and maintenance of the pensions and social security system of the elderly.

In countries facing aging populations, the dependency ratio and the phenomenon it describes are of great concern for this reason.

However, the population dependency ratio does not always provide an accurate representation of economic dependency since there are people between the ages of 15 and 64 who are dependents, such as the unemployed or handicapped, including those who are disabled and mentally ill
